TÓM TẮT

Nghiên cứu được thực hiện nhằm xác định ảnh hưởng của canxi lên sự ra hoa của Cúc đồng tiền trong dung dịch thủy canh. Nghiên cứu được thực hiện dựa trên thí nghiệm bố trí theo thể thức hoàn toàn ngẫu nhiên với 4 nghiệm thức, 6 lần lặp lại, với các nồng độ canxi (Ca²⁺) bổ sung lần lượt là 0 (đối chứng), 50, 100 và 150 mg/l. Kết quả thí nghiệm cho thấy khi sử dụng dinh dưỡng Hoagland bổ sung Ca²⁺ với nồng độ 50 mg/l trong giai đoạn ra hoa cho cây có tăng trưởng tốt, số hoa nhiều và độ bền hoa tốt hơn các nghiệm thức còn lại.

ABSTRACT

The research was conducted to determine effects of calcium on the flowering of the Gerbera jamesonii in hydroponic solution. The conduction of the research was based on experiments randomly designed with four treatments and six times of repetition together with the concentrations of supplemented calcium of 0 (for control experiment), 50, 100 and 150mg/l respectively. Experimental results showed that using supplemented Hoagland solution supplemented with 50 mg/l of Ca^2 + in the flowering stage helped the plant grow well and produce more flowers with better durability than using the rest treatments .
